The receptionist that I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. The claims specialist that I spoke to was transparent with the repair estimate and the total damage that was done to my car. Overall they made the check in process feel easy with almost little to no effort. In my humble opinion.

My car repairs went okay but the overall collision center needs to improve. Punctuality needs to be worked on, l've never had one phone call returned after several times I was told they would be. I also thought they would have been a bit more cleanly when my car was completed. My headliner has fingerprints on it from when they removed/reinstalled it and a layer of dirt from them was left ALL over my car that was all over the interior trim pieces when I picked it up. They did not place the pins and screws on the trim over my front tires. The trim came loose on both sides while driving and scratched my car up. I have to purchase new ones. I live about 2 hours from the shop and they had my car a month. That’s ample time to do a quality check before letting me pick it up.

They did amazing work on my BMW, and Duke and staff were easy to work with and answered all of my questions. My car looks amazing, definitely recommend these guys!
