Zero ⭐️’s for this place. This is how they deliver vehicles. Hoods crooked, tape still on doors that says install something, incomplete paint job on the inside of the hood and fenders, gasket on windshield not properly installed pieces falling off the fender. Grill misaligned. Over 2 months to have ass the repair. Haven’t been told the truth from this place yet. the more I look the worse. it gets. they claimed to align the vehicle on there second 1/2 ass attempt to repair vehicle, had it checked by another shop as it ws stil... read more
They did not place the pins and screws on the trim over my from tires. The trim came loose on both sides while driving and scratched my car up. I have to purchase new ones. I live about 2 hours from the shop and they had my car a month. That’s ample time to do a quality check before letting me pick it up.
I did not conduct business with this collision center, but my vehicle sunroof shattered on the highway and stopped at Doggett Collision Center to see if they could assist. Two gentlemen were kind enough to apply adhesive glass plastic at no charge over my sunroof to at least make it home. Thank you!
They were very fast at getting my estimate to my insurance and very good at keeping me updated along the way I am very pleased with my service and will definitely recommend them in the future and use them again if needed
My car looked brand new when I received it back almost like it had never been hit. I dropped it off kind of dirty and they also vacuumed it out and washed it for me. I will definitely use this garage next time I need work done on my car.
