We worked with Chad on purchasing our new F350. We traveled in from Nashville to make this purchase and we can’t say enough good things about this operation. My family went in to help my Dad purchase a new vehicle. We had the pleasure of having Brette be our salesperson. He greeted us, answered all our questions and did all he could to make us comfortable. He was very personable and the atmosphere was no pressure. He allowed us to take all the time we needed to decide what worked best for us. Everyone was friendly, and we got to meet the owner and speak to him as well. I appreciate the customer service and most of all the kindness that was shown to my Dad.
May 25 took my truck for the third warranty oil change. NO waiting, fast service, and finished in under an hour. Very nice job Covington Ford! The 2nd oil change under maintenance warranty, and the cab filter replacement that I paid for, took over 4 hours, almost 3 of which was waiting due to us not getting there before 8:30 AM on a Saturday. I was having issues with random temps on my 2015 F150. Got there early on Saturday morning and they got it right back and got started. The Technician John came out and said he couldn’t reproduce the issue I showed him the video I took when I was waiting for the Service Department to open and showed it spike up to 219°.
