The sales process was seamless. We are not from the area, but Phillip helped with everything from pricing, to trade-in, and financing over the phone. I bought a 2019 Ford raptor from Carlos at budcross today. Friendly staff, easy negotiation and honest pricing. I thought I got a great deal from these guys. This dealership is about an hour and a half from my home but worth the trip. I'll definitely be back for my next truck. Shout out to the sales manager Wes and the finance Manager Brandy as well.
Took my truck in for the 100K mile tune-up/maintenance and received honest and timely feedback from Julie and Trae. Julie took care of payment over the phone, delivery of my truck to the location of my choice, and was a pleasant individual to work with. Top notch service from this dealer. Dropped my vehicle off in the morning and it was ready to be picked up around lunchtime. Well worth the drive to avoid the headaches the guys 29 miles East will give you. It's a night and day difference between the two service departments.
