Best car buying experience I’ve had. After getting jerked around and walking out on a big Metro Ford dealership, I pulled into Bud Cross two minutes before closing on my way back to Louisiana. Instead of rushing me off, the entire team stayed late and we worked out a great deal. Highly recommend doing business with a real small-town dealership that actually values people.
We just purchased a new 2026 Bronco. Carlos and Wes were a pleasure to deal with. They were very knowledgeable of the vehicle and answered all of our questions. The process went very smooth with absolutely no pressure, unwanted add ons or hidden fees. Bud Cross Ford is a great place to purchase a vehicle!
The sales process was seamless. We are not from the area, but Phillip helped with everything from pricing, to trade-in, and financing over the phone. We were on a tight timeline the day we came to pick up our new Expedition, but with Phillip’s help we were in and out in our new ride in about an hour. Can’t say enough nice things about this dealership. My salesman Phillip went above and beyond my expectations. The entire process was so not like other buying experiences. They were were very transparent and honest from the beginning. I’d highly recommend.
Highly recommend purchasing a a vehicle from Trent Warwick and Bud Cross Ford. Trent was great to work with and showed excellent customer service in a world where it is lacking. We are a very busy company in Austin and they were so kind to deliver both new vans to us which allowed me and my employees to keep working! Brady (finance) was also great and easy to work with. I appreciate this purchasing experience and will buy from this dealership again.
