One of my best car buying experiences in the last 45 years! Drove in from Wichita, KS to pick up the truck I wanted. Entire transaction took less than 30 hours. Made an Internet inquiry on Monday, drove the truck home at noon Tuesday. Gave me a fair value on my trade. Great job to the team at Barber-Dyson Ford!

I called for oil change pricing, they told me 90-100 bucks. They did say anything about it didn't include labor. When I got home and looked at the bill closer, I called, they told me they had to go buy my oil filter and oil, they didn't carry my 5w30 my car takes. They charged me for going to get it. My car is a Kia, so Ford doesn't use 5w30, yes they do. I won't be back. I can get an oil change in MN at the Kia dealership i bought it from for 70.00. That's full synthetic!!!!!! I came in to get a light bulb replaced, an oil change, and a rear tail light housing replaced and the white lady with glasses in the service bay was SUPER rude! She was adamant that I couldn't get any services or schedule a service and HUFFED and PUFFED so hard I thought she was going to blow me away when I tried to find a solution. I don't need to diagnose a broke tail light or oil change. It's pretty straight forward. I will not be coming back here for anything. I'll take my business elsewhere.
